Our Topic: Developing Your Author Business Plan

is a business and that makes you an entrepreneur. Every successful entrepreneur has a business plan. An author’s business plan can be a living summary document or a detailed living document. What matters most is that every authorpreneur should have a plan that is the roadmap for the vision for their career. Before you write the author business plan you must take a deep dive into your mindset, examine your behaviors, and understand the value of your author business. In this workshop, authors will gain the tools needed to begin the creation of their living document.

Jacki Renée is a lifelong learner and an indie published author with a passion for ideas. She uses her educational and professional backgrounds and love of research to help clients and workshop participants develop business plans that not only focus on visions, strategies, short-term and long-term objectives, but also helps them understand the business side of writing.
